About this Project
Virginia Avenue Self Storage is a new storage facility located in Martinsburg, WV. The project consisted of constructing four new ground-up storage buildings and renovating an existing building to provide five new storage buildings. Approximately 45,000 SF of new storage space was added. MK Concrete performed the building foundations and slabs on-grade for each of the five buildings.
